Unable to send emails using Microsoft 365

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Zammsd 5.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Chrome, Firefox

Expected behavior:

  • Zammad send email to customers uses Office 365

Actual behavior:

  • Zammad doesnt send any mail

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • I connect Offcie 365 App follow this instruction: *Connect Microsoft 365 App*, but when Customer open ticket by Zammad, Zammad doesnt send auto-reply answer or information about changes of ticket to customer. What i need to do for send emails to customers by Microsoft 365?

I have green light in channel Microsoft 365.
Production log didnt have strings “Send email”.
Email was have been sended when i used smtp, but with Microsoft 365 its doesnt work.

Problem was solved by full reinstalling Zammad.
