- Used Zammad version: Zammsd 5.1
- Used Zammad installation type: package
- Operating system: Debian 11
- Browser + version: Chrome, Firefox
Expected behavior:
- Zammad send email to customers uses Office 365
Actual behavior:
- Zammad doesnt send any mail
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- I connect Offcie 365 App follow this instruction: *Connect Microsoft 365 App*, but when Customer open ticket by Zammad, Zammad doesnt send auto-reply answer or information about changes of ticket to customer. What i need to do for send emails to customers by Microsoft 365?
