Hi All, I’m unable to see new ticket states in the dropdown when i’ve added in the console. any help would be appreciated.
This thread is a little old, did you solve your problem in the meantime?
If not did you see the part in the documentation where it shows the additional console commands you need to run after creating the new state to make it available for the gui? After that you might need to restart zammad and press F5 in your browser if you still don’t see it.
