Unable to create forms in Zammad Cloud; please provide steps.

I am new to this tool and am currently trying to create forms in Zammad, but I am unable to do so. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue.

Could you please provide the steps on how to create forms, help me fix this issue, and share the correct documentation for Zammad?

The form management page lets you configure the form as needed. You then have to copy the two code snippets at the bottom of that page and paste it in the websites source code you want the form to appear in.

Adjusting websites is kinda out of scope because you know your website best.
