unable to assign organizations

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1728034295.d82ac357.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: web
  • Operating system: windows 11
  • Browser + version: firefox 131.0.3

Expected behavior:

  • to be able to attach active organizations to created users

Actual behavior:

  • Hey everyone, im dealing with a strange issue where when I attempt to assign a user to an active organization, the organization will not auto complete in the field and when i click off the field, what i type doesnt stick

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • opening users > typing in an organization > typed information disappears once I click off the field

Hi Adlizotte,

I have been experiencing the same issue for quite some time now. Occasionally, I have to manually reboot the server hosting Zammad to assign newly created organizations to users. However, that option is no longer working at the moment.

I need to understand what is causing this issue and seek Zammad’s technical assistance.

I’m using Zammad 6.3 docker deployment.

Zammad 6.3 is outdated for quite a while now, consider updating to Zammad 6.4.1 to ensure this is not already fixed. Zammad 6.4.1 was a security release.
