It would be very nice to have the (2FA) - OTP option in Zammad. I think OTP is a easy and secure 2FA option for Zammad. Many other systems support OTP. Last but not least, otrs has supported OTP since version 5. Maybe it is possible to integrate OTP in Zammad?

Yes, TOTP is also an important point on my wishlist. A second uncomplicated login factor is highly welcome and in my opinion necessary these days. The integration of TOTP is really easy since only an additional secret has to be stored for each user.
MFA would be very nice for us as well.
