Two e-mails to reply

Hello,
I have connected two email addresses to my Zammad, support@x.com and contact@x.com and customers send me emails on contact or support depending on their needs but every time they send on support@ it’s my contact address that answers. Is it possible that if they send to support@ then it’s support@ that responds and the same for contact@?

I think you need two groups. One for support and on for contact. In the group settings you can configure the e-mail address which is used for outgoing e-mails.
