Operating system: Debian 10 
Browser + version: Firefox 75.0 64-bit 
 
Expected behavior: 
Messages from Twitter get add as Ticket. 
 
Actual behavior: 
If you don’t follow someone the message of this account goes into a message request section at messages and don’t show up as ticket. 
 
Steps to reproduce the behavior: 
Get two account don’t follow each other and try DMing the helpdesk account.

              Personally I don’t see this as a bug or technical issue, but more of a feature request. 
The function seems to be mandatory for twitter accounts as their FAQ states nothing on how to disable this feature:
Possibly  this is disabled or not available on Business-Accounts - but I’m not sure. 
Interestingly: There doesn’t seem to be an API endpoint to control this: 
https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/direct-messages/sending-and-receiving/api-reference 
At least it’s not documented.
