Trigger Set owner if first reply

  • Operating system: Windows 10

  • Browser + version: Firefox 134.0.2 (64-Bit)

Expected behavior:

If I answer on a new created ticket from my mail adress. I will get automatically assigned as owner

Actual behavior:

I become the owner directly without writing any response.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

auto-assignement is disabled!

Set a trigger:

Conditions:
-First response has changed
Execute:
-Owner = current user

Write an E-mail to zammad with your own E-mail adress.

You will become the owner directly, when the ticket is created. But in the history of the ticket I do not see any action from the trigger itself.
If I disable the trigger I will not become the owner directly.
