Trigger: How to get old owner on owner change?

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Show old and new owner of ticket in e-mail notification

Actual behavior:

  • not possible

Is it possible to get the name of the old owner of a ticket on owner change for the mail notification?

That is not possible. The trigger knows about the new state only.
