Hey guys,
i have some trouble with setting up a trigger for sending a notification to the user.
Following is what it should do:
- If a ticket is set to “closed” without any new entry in the ticket it should send a mail to the customer → this i already have achieved and it works fine
here is what i can´t set up:
- if an agent answers in the ticket via mail and closes the ticket in the same step, the notification mail, that the ticket is closed shouldn´t be send
Is there a way to accomplish this?
