I would like to have certain closed tickets not trigger an email. We tag these tickets and looking at the choices in triggers under tags there is:
“contains all”
“contains one”
“contains all not”
“contains one not”
I’m not clear which of these I would use. I wan’t the trigger to work for all tickets NOT containing the tag “quiet”
