Trigger for reopen ticket

Hi,

I am trying to create a tigger for ticket when they get reopened, system would have to place a tag “Reopened by Customer” when a customer send an article on already closed ticket, but somehow this trigger get’s overlooked.

Either my logic in the trigger is bad, or zammad overlooks it, because of the state change.

The ticket already switched the state back to open, so you cannot trigger for the closed state. At least in my understanding.
