Trigger email notofication localization

• Used Zammad version: 2.5.x
• Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) deb package
• Operating system: Debian buster/sid (64-bit)
• Browser + version: Chromium 67.0.3396.79 (Developer Build) built on Debian buster/sid

Expected behavior:

• Want few email templates (for each trigger) for different users depending on target user locale,
  or any another way to send emails depending on user locale

Actual behavior:

*Only one template whos send to all users

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Create any trigger, or see predefined - “auto reply (on new tickets)”

You actually can edit the triggers the way you want. Only problem with that is that you won’t be able to have a “general” trigger, as something like “if else” does not work here.

You could filter domain based:

My opinion filtering for different language settings is a bad idea, as there will be things inside the E-Mails, that cannot automatically translated. That would blow up zammad in a way that I’d really dislike - more complicated.

I mean - how would you zammad want to know what language it should deliver to the user?
You cannot do that domain based (at least not automatically).
