Trigger does not work as expected

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Opera One (Version: 114.0.5282.235)

Expected behavior:

  • I am trying to create a trigger that automatically copies the entered text of a customized ticket field into the ticket title.

Actual behavior:

  • the title is always “#{ticket.aed-code / no such method}”

Does anyone have any tips on how my trigger could work?

Hi @Deeshine.

Seems like a typo? Your field is named aed_code, but the trigger is using aed-code.
