Trigger contains more than a regex keywords

Expected behavior:

when user send a mail that text contains ‘wifi’ or ‘usb’ to our zammad microsoft365 account, Jackson will receive a mail because of this trigger

Actual behavior:

• Jackson can not receive a mail which text contains ‘wifi’ or ‘usb’ , please tell me how set more than one keywords in contains , such as regex:(wifi|usb). But it does not work now.

I just wanna know how to set proper regex , contains many keywords

sorry I do not understand from regex101, show me an example. like it contains “wifi” “outlook” “teams” these words

Triggers don’t support Regex as far as I know. Only e-mail filters on the e-mail channel.
