Trigger - Close Ticket at Creation automatically

Hi there,

iam not sure what iam doing wrong. Some Coworkers want that new Tickets will be closed automatically when the Subject begins with following “Order-Number.:”

My created Trigger looks like this but it doesn’t works:

Maybe someone could help me.

Just forget my Answer. The Solution was to use a E-Mail Filter and not a Trigger. Can be closed.
