Expected behavior:
- I want to send an triggered E-Mail to all participants.
- Therefore it would be great to have the variable ‘#{article.cc}’ with a label like “Sender of last article with CC” in the field Variables at Recipients
- I would like to cover the use case to close an ticket with a Macro an inform automatically all person with a specific text
Actual behavior:
- only the sender get an E-Mail out of this Trigger
- I have to click reply-all and write back with a text module
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- not necessary, can’t select all E-Mail participants
