Translate and Customized an error

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: zammad V3.5
• Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …): package
• Operating system: Centos7
• Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

• When I dont have the right to see a ticket, a french cusomized error should be displayed not “oops…”

Actual behavior:

• When I dont have the right to visualise a ticket the following error appear :

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• open a ticket assigned now to another group
