i have some triggers, that will send an email to the customer, when a new ticket is created. Now i want to get rid off the old fashioned salutation like “dear Ladies and Gentlemen”, to a more gender-neutral salutation like “Good day!”.
Is it possible to change “Good day!” dynamically to “Good morning!” or “Good evenening” depending on the actual time?
Honestly, I don’t know the answer but., i don’t think so…Dynamic changes hmmm.
But… the MacGyver part of me says I would start to play around with custom calendars. i.e you can set up more than one trigger and use the Calendar condition, Calender 1 = 9:00 - 12:00 and trigger 1, Calendar 2 = 12:00 - 18:00 and trigger 2.
I am sure someone will come along and confirm your question, i don’t know it and my above is purely
speculative, worth a shot though!
