First of all, thank you for the 6.1 with the great new features!
I would like to add an idea/wish for time tracking.
We have a large number of departments in Zammad which have different accounting modalities and processes. It would be very helpful if the individual parameters could be linked to groups.
For example, one time unit per group and X time categories per group.
Unit 1:1 group
Categorys n:1 group
Does anyone else feel the same way?
