Tickets via E-Mail

Hello, I have Zammad installed. I have now activated email tickets. Incoming e-mails are also loaded into the ticket system.

However, when I reply to the ticket, no email is sent to the customer.

Did I forget to set something there?
Do I have to pay attention to something?

I use version 5.0.x

ich habe Zammad installiert.
Ich habe mir dann die E-Mail Tickets aktiviert.
Eingehende E-Mails werden auch problemlos in das Ticketsystem importiert.

Wenn ich nun aber auf das Ticket antworte wird keine E-Mail an den Kunden gesendet. Wieso ist das so?

Habe ich da etwas vergessen einzustellen bzw. muss ich etwas beachten?

Ich nutze die Version 5.0.x
