Tickets dissapear when switching to another row

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
  • Browser: Chrome + Edge

Hi,

when I am in a customers account in overviews and have a look at the tickets, everything works fine:

But when i switch to another row (e.g. My tickets) and switch back to the original one, all tickets dissapear:

After reloading the page, the tickets are visible again.
I tested it in different browsers and in different accounts, its everytime the same problem.

Is this a bug of version 4.0.x?

Same problem here.

Customer notified me, that she couldn’t view her shared organisation’s tickets.
When switching back to my tickets, the entries also disappear

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.x
  • Running on Ubuntu 18.04

I just set up a new install of Zammad 4 and during testing from the customer interface, I’m seeing the same thing.
Customer user logs in and they are on the My Tickets Overview page. Selecting My Organization Tickets shows a blank page and if they select the My Ticket overview the page is empty. If they refresh the browser page the tickets show up, but disappear if selecting a different overview.

This has been solved with Zammad 4.1.
