Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Hello @abraham

with this kind of information, nobody can help you.

You should provide more information about the channels and other related stuff.

Hello dominikklein,

What additional information could I provide?
The version of zammad used? or what else?

Hello @abraham

like I already said, for example, which channel you are using, but also other stuff, e.g. if there are some errors in the production log.
Interesting what also if you have any additional filters configured.

And maybe also some better description of the situation, but with this one sentence it is very difficult to understand what is happening

Hello @domminikklein,

Excuse my ignorance but I’m new to zammad, I’m learning about the tool in the absence of a colleague and I’ve come across a problem.

We use zammad to track customer requests. In our configuration, emails generated by customers are placed in mailboxes configured on zammad.
But for a week now, we haven’t been receiving any emails from outside.

What are you referring to when you say channel?
Zammad has been installed on a Linux operating system (debian).
Filters are configured to place external emails in mailboxes.

Do you need any further details?

Have a look at the channels within the admin menu or the monitoring entry in the admin menu. Latter is more technical, the one of the channel’s pages should help you as well though:

  • Email
  • Google
  • Microsoft 365
