Ticket zoom and Ticket number not same

  • Used Zammad installation source: package/ installed via deb
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome Latest

Expected behavior:

Same ticket number and ticket zoom

Actual behavior:

The ticket number is not the same for the ticket zoom

Ex. Ticket Number is 100004545
Ticket zoom is https:/testzammad.com//#ticket/zoom/4546

I only noticed it today but when i check the old ticket from 2.8 version there is no problem the ticket and zoom number are the same… I think after I update from 2.9…

Looking for kind advise how can I back to nomal the ticket number and zoom number

The number behind “zoom” is the Ticket-ID and thus differs from the Ticket-Number, depending on what you chose. This should have been the same all the time already.

Long Story short: You can’t change it.

May I know what is the possible cause why this happen suddenly the ticket zoom is not same the ticket number because is now confusing when you search the the ticket number using only the last 4 digit

Ex. if the ticket number is 10004545
then try to search the 4545 the ticket 10004545 will not show in the search only the ticket have ticket zoom 4545 and that ticket is 10004544
