Ticket triage option?

It would be useful to have an easy way to designate a person for each group to act as triage agent, examining each incoming ticket and assigning it to the most appropriate person.

I assume this can be done with a Trigger – On Action is created, Group is [whatever], Execute assign to specific person – but it would be less setup work to have it as an optional group feature, perhaps with a duration for which people should be allowed to grab the ticket before it gets automatically sent for triage.

Anyone else want this?
