it is possible to make the title of the ticket an optional example dropdown menu

Hi @intermagit, not sure about your use case, maybe you can tell a little bit about it.

Right now, it is not possible to have the ticket title shown as a dropdown menu.

for example I have 10 ticket headers
I want the user to choose one of those 10 points when opening a new ticket

This is not possible. The title is a regular input field, you can use Core Workflows to pre-fill it controlled by another field for example, but that’s it. This means a user is always able to change the title.

Another option would also be to use a ticket template.

With Zammad 6.0 it is now possible to set the ticket title as a read-only input field during the ticket creation with CoreWorkflow.
