i know there are already text modules, but it would be nice if you could use ticket templates in existing Tickets. For Example, i made my work and now i need to inform a few people always with the same text. With a text module i can only put in the text, but not the Mail-Adresses.
I hope you understand what i mean. Thank you for the attention.
