I tried to search all closed tickets from an agent
I searched for state:closed and owner.email:agent@zammad.com
However it only brought 6 results, I tried with 2 different agents.
And if I go to the preview of a new overview it brings the correct number
Ensure that you do have enough rights to see all tickets of the affected groups.
The search function does take your permissions in account.
The preview on e.g. overviews doesn’t, but that’s theoretically not an issue as you can’t open the affected ticket anyway.
Hello, I have admin role and “full” checkbox on every group.
Please ensure that your elasticsearch index is up to date then. 
Proberbly the index drifted for whatever reason, try reindexing if you’re unsure.
