today we noticed that the ticket number varies in the length of the characters. We noticed this because a colleague wanted to delete a ticket and we received the following error:
We estimate that the character length of the ticket number is related to this.
The ticket number will grow over time. So my guess is that 10512 is a lot older than 108686.
Regarding your error message, the error ID should be looked up in your production.log when it occurs as it’s a random ID. Also it would be relevant to know how exactly the removal was tried.
Another thing:
6.1 is outdated (and was in March too) - please upgrade asap.
