would it be possible to have something like a ticket limitation per organisation per month? I know I can create an overview which shows me the tickets of the last month per organisation/customer and it is good to know, how much tickets a customer created over a specific time. Maybe a counter could be useful too.
The requested feature could be used for customers who have a certain number of tickets available per month. After that they need to request more or something like that.
You basically want to filter for the current month (so let’s say from 2018-12-01 TO 2018-12-31).
With this you could also fill a custom field for the customer via API with the current counter of the month.
