Ticket generated multiple times

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.0.0-25
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose setup
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

We are having an issue with emailing in Zammad. For each email sent to support@domain.com several tickets (all the same) are generated. Also when answering, a ticket, the response is sent also several times instead of just once.

Not sure what causes this and how to debug it.

Maybe a problem with your mail server.
