Ticket Customer attributes

Hi,
we use LDAP integration so Login is not the E-Mail address.

We want to display the “login” name/attribute on ticket “customer” tab which would add important information in our case.

Is there a way to show the login field (which is not the email address with LDAP) in the customer info?

Mapping one LDAP attribute to two ZAMMAD attributes is not possible at the moment: https://community.zammad.org/t/confusion-about-ldap-attributes-login-email/2343/4

Last workaround would be to create another LDAP attribute with the same value and map it to “note”.
