The same e-mail sent to two different mailboxes. Nevertheless, it is merged into one ticket

Used Zammad version: 6.5.0-alpha

We have the following problem:
When a person in our company sends us a ticket as a customer by e-mail, it is correctly created as a ticket in the correct group. However, if this person sends the exact same email to a different email address that is assigned to a different group, it is added to the old ticket. So then to the first group. Is this intentional or can the administrator change this?
