  • Used Zammad version:4x
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.4
  • Browser + version: Chrome 90.0.4430.212 64bit

Expected behavior:

The e-mail tickets I send after a while do not fall into the system. After restarting the Zammad services, the e-mail tickets I send fall into the system.
What would be the reason

Sounds like your scheduler dies after some time, but that’s just a wild guess.

Logfiles from /var/log/zammad/ could be helpful on that case.
Also ensure to be on the most current possible version.
