The customer can see the support time he has already used

It would be interesting to have a feature that allows you to display the time that has been counted on the different tickets of a customer.

This way the customer or the company knows how much support time they have used (ex : Support: 7.5h / 8h).

By clicking on the link they arrive at a page with the details of time used per ticket?
