Expected behavior:

  • After closed the ticket the close_diff_in_min and close_in_diff values are need to captured in the database table

Actual behavior:

  • After closed the ticket the close_diff_in_min and close_in_diff values are not captured in the database table

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Hi pugazhenthi.r,

this is a normal behavior when you haven’t set a SLA for these tickets. Please have a look
to our documentation. In the description there is a hint called [SLA] when this field is only filled
when the ticket has a matching SLA.

Hopefully i could bring light in this mystery.
