I want to take the occasion and extend my thanks to @MrGeneration for the inspirational video on creating Zammad packages YouTube Video and to @rolfschmidt for his Tutorial and helpful scripts GitHub Repository.
Using these resources, I successfully created a package to replace the Zammad logo (notification phoenix) and the favicon on our hosted instance and I wanted to share this success with the community
