Title: Text Formatting Bar for Knowledge Base Answers

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    - Currently, there is no text formatting bar when creating/editing answers.
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    - When creating an answer requiring a step-by-step, it would be useful for example to have numbered and/or bulleted lists available.
    ** - When creating an answer, it would be useful to have easily available text formatting tools such as bold/underline/text size, code blocks, etc.**
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    - The current UI does not offer much in terms of text formatting:

  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    - Add a text formatting bar for answer creation/editing, offering standard features (similar to this forum’s text editing bar):

  • Average concurrent agent count: 20
  • Average tickets a day: 60
  • What roles/people are involved: PC Techs, Helpdesk Techs, Admin Level, Engineering Level
