It would be awesome if there is a way to select an option and that one is connected to a script
type of request → ( new user; inquiry; etc)
choosing “new user”
→ option new user opening a textbox with selfwritten template
→ option inquiry opening empty textbox
and so on.
It would help gathering more information during the ticket creation by customers and making it more efficient since the customer can choose an option and receive a premade template to fill in.
