Templates - Existing Ticket

Good afternoon,

Is there any way to select templates on an existing ticket?

For example for sending a standard mail?
Or when tagging to another service we would like to work with a template to be filled in first.

It would be easy if you can retrieve those templates from zammad via a dropdown or something like this:

No. Ticket templates are for ticket creations already. They hold way more than just text. (Templates — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation)
