Telegram issue after network problems

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1717736003.30932276.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: any

Expected behavior:

One time message to the client and inform in the system about issue.

Actual behavior:

Sometimes when Zammad has internet connectivity problems (my router problem for example) and i have active communication with a customer in telegram it starts indefinitely sending this text to the client “Sorry, we could not handle your message. The file could not be retrieved from the bot.”
I tried disable and enable telegram in settings with no luck. Only Zammad restart solves the problem.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Zammad had issues with internet connection (router problem). I had active communication with customer in telegram.
This happened three times but i think it started after upgrading to the latest version.

The log file should contain more info on this, including trace backs. Without that it’s very hard to tell what’s going on.
