Should be able to block a user that is spamming the bot. I’m getting a “BTPayments Live Channel” spam on my telegram bot every 5 minutes. Since we are not able to block users/channels/bots on BotFather, we have no option to avoid this spam.

We have currently created a custom boolean field and marked this user as a spam, also create a trigger to set a flag spam to every ticket that comes from spam == true users, and finally a scheduler to remove those useless tickets every hour.

The problem is the notification tab is spammed, and we receive notification emails for each message this channel creates.

Is there any way to handle this avoiding notifications and or ticket creation?
