Telegram channel not receiving updates


  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 11
  • Browser + version: Microsoft Edge Versión 97.0.1072.62

Expected behavior:

  • When updating a ticket from Zammad, the Telegram bot channel should show that update.

Actual behavior:

  • No message is shown on bot channel

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create a Telegram bot and connect it to Zammad
  • Create a ticket from Telegram client (/start)
  • Reply to ticket from Zammad
