hi

how to solve webhook? can anyone help out, please?

Got the same error, but i run my zammad instance behind nginx proxy manager

since telegram sends message to your zamamd, it works only with global ip address not local one

It seems to be a problem on Zammad 5.2.1. Version 5.1.1 was not affected by the problem and I was able to integrate the Telegram Bot. There’s an issue opened on Github, The webhook could not be saved by Telegram, seems to be an invalid URL. · Issue #4156 · zammad/zammad · GitHub
