- Used Zammad installation type: Web
- Operating system: Windows 11 25H2
Expected behavior:
- Users receive webhook Teams message with update on their case. User Responds to MS Teams chat from Workflows bot and ticket is updated.
Actual behavior:
- Teams does nothing, workflows chat is effectively a one-way black hole.
