Teams Webhook Replys from Users

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: Web
  • Used Zammad installation type: Web
  • Operating system: Windows 11 25H2

Expected behavior:

  • Users receive webhook Teams message with update on their case. User Responds to MS Teams chat from Workflows bot and ticket is updated.

Actual behavior:

  • Teams does nothing, workflows chat is effectively a one-way black hole.

Request - is there something I can configure to hook back from Teams to update the ticket in Zammad when users respond to th eTeams messages they receive from the webhook?

That’s exactly how the webhooks work. There is no return path.
