Target-Date for tickets

Hello Zammad-Community,

when working with Zammad I noticed that it’d be convenient to have a field like “target date” that can be filled in by the customer when requesting a ticket.

When working with tickets as an agent, you then could filter your ticket-list for target-dates and get started with the ones first, whose target date is coming up next.

Please consider this for implementation if you also find this useful :slight_smile:
