Zammad newbie here :wink:

I found no way to connect our PBX (manufacturer Panasonic) to zammad until now.

For salesforce exists TAPI CTI Bridges. You install them on the worksatation of an agent and the Bridge translate the local TAPI to REST API as salesforce connection.

On this way it should be possible to connect all PBX manufacturers which support TAPI to zammad.

Perhaps such an tool exists already to connect zammad via TAPI?
