Tagging / Notification for colleagues

Good afternoon,

We are testing Zammad and it looks very promising!
Is there a possibility to tag colleagues?
For example, I have a ticket on my name the customer provides info that I would like to share with my colleague via for example:
@name.lastname FYI
This person should then receive an email that he / she is tagged in a particular ticket with the notification “FYI”.
