System send actors unpleased email when there is a new ticket

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: debian package
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version: Firefox, Version 94.0.2 (64-Bit)

Expected behavior:

When a customer send an email to our adress, they get an auto reply. Our employee can see this as a new ticket in Zammad

###Actual behavior:
The System send actors an email when there is a new ticket. This is not pleased.
The text look like:

“Hallo X,
es wurde ein neues Ticket (Test) von “Y” erstellt.
Gruppe: Vertrieb
Besitzer: -
Status: neu”

How can I fix that?

Do you mean you want to turn off the e-mail notification that goes to the agents when there is a new ticket in one of their groups? Every agent can control this himself. Click on your profile icon on the bottom left → profile → Notifications and there you can turn off notifications for all tickets and unassigned tickets or limit these notifications to specific groups.
