Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 5.0.x
- Used Zammad installation type: debian package
- Operating system: Debian 10
- Browser + version: Firefox, Version 94.0.2 (64-Bit)
Expected behavior:
When a customer send an email to our adress, they get an auto reply. Our employee can see this as a new ticket in Zammad
###Actual behavior:
The System send actors an email when there is a new ticket. This is not pleased.
The text look like:
“Hallo X,
es wurde ein neues Ticket (Test) von “Y” erstellt.
Gruppe: Vertrieb
Besitzer: -
Status: neu”
How can I fix that?
