What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
When you receive a shared link from a mobile view like /mobile/tickets/45249 and then you open it on desktop, there is no simple way to switch from mobile to desktop view. -
Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Some associates share tickets link on Whatsapp for example, and once you open it on desktop there is no way to switch to desktop version. -
Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
There is no GUI way to do this. -
What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
I want to develop a link or notification that states Are you on Desktop? Swicth to Desktop Version.
Maybe this could be extended to a Config Option to auto switch.
